Back-up solution sluttseddel

Guide to get a sluttseddel number if IT systems are down.

Purpose

The back-up solution ensures that the buyer is allocated a sluttseddel-number when the normal solution is not working.

Use the back-up when:
*Buyer cannot contact webservice.
*Buyer’s system is not working.

Buyer must always have printed copies of the back-up formula to the back-up solution.

How to do it

Buyer can order back-up buy sending an SMS, or calling Norges Råfisklag. For the solution to work, users’ mobile phone number must be registered in advance. Buyers must report mobile phone numbers to Råfisklaget.

Buyer must calculate the exact amount of the sluttseddel value before ordering back-up sluttseddel number.

  • Send SMS to 27333 with text: sdl buyer-number vesselnumber value (ex: sdl 4096 t900lk 925,20) 
  • Call Norges Råfisklag on 77 66 01 00 to get back-up sluttseddel number, or call 41468440.

Back-up numbers will be followed up by Råfisklaget, and must be registered as normal when systems are working again.

*When contact with webservice is re-established, use back-up number when registering in your system.
*When buyer’s system is down, use preprinted reserveformular and the ordered sluttseddel number.

Fisherman and buyer must sign sluttseddel. When systems are working, the back-up sluttsedler must be reported in the normal way.
